DEANDRE AYTON +
ANDREA AYTON FAMILY
FOUNDATION COLLABORATION
We teamed up with NBA trailblazer Deandre Ayton and his mom Andrea Ayton to bring a slice of their Bahamian roots to Wild Child. The result? The Bahama Mama Pizza—a special collaboration packed with bold flavors and even bolder impact.
This partnership goes beyond great pizza. It’s about giving back. A portion of every Bahama Mama Pizza sold supports the Ayton Family Foundation, which is dedicated to nourishing communities through culturally competent, equitable, and community-driven initiatives.
Now through April 14th, you can support the foundation in two ways:

COOKING WITH ANDREA
Andrea Ayton knows good food, and when it comes to pizza, we had to bring something special. This Detroit-style pie is a Bahamian-inspired mix of bold flavors, crisp textures, and a little island heat. Here’s a breakdown of what makes it special
Cheddar and Mozzarella: The Ultimate Cheese Blend
A combination of sharp cheddar and creamy mozzarella makes for a rich, melty, and slightly tangy cheese base. The cheddar adds a bold bite that complements the spice in the jerk chicken, while the mozzarella brings that perfect, gooey stretch.
Jerk Chicken: Bold and Spicy
Our dry-rubbed jerk chicken is baked to lock in bold Caribbean flavors, with allspice, thyme, smoked paprika, and cayenne bringing the heat. A touch of brown sugar balances the spice, creating a crispy, flavorful bite.
Pineapple: The Tropical Game-Changer
Love it or hate it, pineapple has a place on this pizza. The natural sweetness of fresh pineapple cuts through the spice, creating that perfect contrast of heat and sweetness. Plus, it’s a nod to classic Caribbean flavors.
Roasted Peppers: Sweet, Smoky, and Charred
Roasted red and yellow bell peppers bring a natural sweetness that balances the heat of the jerk chicken. Their slightly smoky, charred edges add depth to the pizza’s overall flavor profile.
Breadcrumbs: That Extra Crunch Factor
Crispy, golden breadcrumbs sprinkled on top add a unique texture to the pizza. They bring an unexpected crunch, making every bite a little more satisfying.
Bake Time: 10 Minutes
Baked in a Detroit-style pan for 10 minutes, this pizza comes out crispy on the edges and fluffy in the middle. Don’t forget to sneak some Parmesan along the edges for that extra-cheesy, golden crust.
Mustard Sauce Drizzle: A Bold and Unexpected Twist
Instead of a traditional tomato base, this pizza gets finished with a mustard sauce drizzle—a tangy, slightly spicy addition that ties the whole thing together. Think of it as a nod to Bahamian street food flavors.
Green Onion & Black Pepper: The Finishing Touch
A sprinkle of fresh green onion adds a mild bite, while cracked black pepper enhances the spice, bringing everything together with a final punch of flavor.
THE BAHAMA MAMA PIZZA
This pizza isn’t just packed with bold flavors—it’s a one-way ticket to the islands. And if it’s good enough for Deandre Ayton, you know it’s next-level
